30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at GrowToChoice.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at growtochoice@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Where to Ship Your Return

Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label.

All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Prefer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund? Just let us know in your return email and we'll take care of it.
